Shipping Policies:

Your shipping options are important to us.
Most product is shipped by Ground service as
Default. Some heavier product will be shipped by Freight
carriers as default.
Most Product will ship from K-Tech-US 24-72 business hours after
receipt of order ( Mon-fri 8.30-5.30pm PST are business hours)
Shipment tracking numbers can be provided at customer request.
The ground shipping charges are applicable to most products on
the page for the 48 contiguous states but will be higher for
Hawaii & Alaska. You will receive an email or phone call to
advise you of the cost change if an additional charge is
necessary.
The international shipping rates are an estimate only and are
subject to revision based on actual shipping charges.

shopping experience. If you place on order online, we track your
IP address in order to protect again fraud. If you do not place
an order, your IP address will be deleted from our tracking in
less than 30 days. We share this information with no other
parties unless we suspect a clear case of fraud or cyber crime.
If we detect an instance of cyber crime, we will report all data
immediately to the Federal Bureau of Investigation's Cyber Crime
Division immediately.
Finally, we never use or share the personally identifiable

This encrypted credit card information is retained for no more
than 30 days.

Return Policies:
Effective 1 April 2004
We understand that sometimes a particular
product you may order isn't exactly what you expected, and
sometimes a shipping carrier may deliver a product damaged.
If you have cause to return a product we have
shipped to you, please facilitate your return by faithfully
doing the following:

Return your product in its original
packaging with all accompanying materials (such as
instructions, etc.).

Ship your product back to us through your
carrier of choice.

Please provide a print out of your original
order confirmation.

Once we have received your product and have
inspected it, we will notify you by email.
Policies Regarding Returns:
All Returns must be notified to us within 15
days of customer receipt of shipment. All Returns must have an
RMA (return material authorization) number or they will be
rejected by K-Tech-US shipping dept. All Returns must be in
original manufacturers packaging, unopened, unused and in a
condition which will allow K-Tech-US to returns it to the
manufacturer for resale.
If a product needs to be returned we will charge a return fee of
20% of selling price with a minimum of $20.00. The customer will
be responsible for return shipping and the product must reach us
within 20 days from original receipt of product by customer.
